The number of vacant houses in Baltimore has remained stubbornly flat for a decade almost 17,000 abandoned buildings blighting the city’s streets. And for every one knocked down or fixed up, a new one appears somewhere else.

To bring back the charm into Baltimore city, I came up with an distinct design to revamp the neighborhood.
The distinct towers on each row house is the circulation that is extruded from the house to provide more footprint for the living quarters.

The 3 story row house is in accordance with the project height restrictions.

The total volume of the building is divided into two parts separating the living and study area.
The circulation is extruded from the structure to maximize the space within the row house
